Too small even on a small person
This garter is too small. I am 5' 2" and 100 pounds, so I wanted a small garter that wouldn't fall down on my small legs. Somehow, this garter is too tight even on me! I have a muffin top around it when worn on the lower portion of my thigh, so not flattering. It stretches but stretching requires a lot of force so hence the muffin top around it. Also the white lace part seems quite thin and too see through I think. I have to say I am quite disappointed.
