Bought in 2018 and going in the trash today. Good enough for what you pay. Not ugly at the time. Handy little suction holder that worked well over the years on almost all flat surface (we tried tile/laminate/vinyl). Be ware, the squeegee is great straight up or down but terrible any other way - leaves streaks. As the rubber age, it comes hard to clean and catches any gunk along what it passes.

I've had several different squeegees for my showers over the years. While having my master bathroom remodeled recently, I chose clear glass doors for the shower. In an effort to cut down on the look of water drops and soap scum - and trying to increase the amount of time I can get away with between shower cleanings - I wanted a new squeegee for this shower. I wanted a small squeegee without compromising quality - and I wanted to be able to hang it in the shower. (Leaving it on the floor = gross!) After considering several different models, I came across this one. I liked how short the handle is, but that the actual squeegee part is the normal size. This also came with a large suction cup to hang the squeegee on - it isn't a suction cup with a hook to hang it on, the squeegee actually fits into the suction cup. I have horrible luck with getting suction cups to stick for very long, so this seemed like a good option. Having the squeegee actually on the suction cup seems like it puts less stress on the suction cup than hanging the squeegee from an attached hook does. I also like the black and stainless steel look - it's more attractive than the white plastic one I used to have. I believe the stainless steel is better quality than plastic - it will hold up better over time. Since it's stainless steel, I don't have to worry about it rusting or doing other funky things that metal can do when it is often exposed to water. I'm really glad I got this - I love it! It met all the criteria I was searching for, the rubber squeegee part does an amazing job of wiping down the water drops (or whatever) and keeping my shower sparkling clean. I use it every time I finish showering and it takes less than a minute - but saves me a lot of scrubbing work when I actually scrub the shower. It also makes the doors much nicer to look at on a daily basis - the whole bathroom just looks cleaner when the doors don't have dried water droplets on them.

We have had this squeegee in our shower for the last 4 years now. It works great, sturdy and has held up like a champ! I just set ours on the floor every day and discarded the suction cup holder from the start because I didn’t want to hang it up. I am back to buy 3 more this time because we just had new tile work completed, so I’d like to refresh everything. You won’t be sorry for spending the extra few dollars on this model because it’s well-made and really lasts a lifetime without any issues. Be sure to wipe the piece off from time-to-time while cleaning to keep it looking new.

We have used this after showers to quickly remove water on the glass shower door, walls of the shower, and shower seat. Five years later, it is still stuck on the back shower wall. It and the shower always look clean! It almost makes the weekly clean unnecessary. If it ever wears out, I will immediately replace it! Excellent product.

I'll start by saying I'm a big OXO fan. My family first discovered them on a vacation, when a store was doing a demonstration of the peeler. My whole family loved it, even us kids, as the peeler was so easy it made peeling fun. Since then, I've usually always erred OXO, as they rarely let me down. This Squeegee kind of let me down. I bought two squeegees, one from OXO, one from GÜTEWERK, because the latter was a better looking squeegee, while the OXO looks functional but kind of like a kid's toy. Both were approximately the same price. The other reviews all claim that they OXO doesn't squeegee well. I figured this may have been storage in a facility warping something. We got it, tried it, and sure enough, it didn't squeegee very well - it left gaps. But then we realized that, if you hold it at a sharp angle, it squeegees quite well. I figured it was user error. We spent a few days using this, and it was fine. Then the GÜTEWERK arrived, and we tried it. Let me just say, the GÜTEWERK was a revelation relative to the OXO. It squeegees from any angle, perfectly well. With the OXO, you move your body to get the right angle. With GÜTEWERK, you just zip through it. It takes about a third the time to squeegee the shower door with it vs the OXO. So yeah, the OXO works, if you hold it at the right angle, but when, for the same price, you can get something that works better, faster, and looks better, why get this? It'll squeegee for you, but it's just ok at it. Get something great at it.
