I still own this squeegee, and the only part I’ve ever needed to replace is the rubber suction cup hanger, as it tends to wear out a bit quickly. **Q: The suction cup doesn't adhere to the tile. Tried everything. Any suggestion?**
A: If it is not glossy tile then you are probably out of luck. For example, there is no suction cup in the world that is going to stick to the 12X24 stone-look stone-texture porcelain tile I put into my new shower since it is, well, stony and will leak air.

**Q: Is the blade supposed to be very stiff or somewhat flexible? Sent  first one back because blade was super stiff; same issue with second**
A: I had the same issue with the blade. The product would be much more efficient with a flexible blade.I believe another OXO model that is white and has a bulbous/knobby handle has a thinner blade that makes it better at “squeegeeing” water.

**Q: What size**
A: The squeegee is 10" across. It works great and has maintained its finish well. We've had it in our shower for almost a year now.

**Q: Is it used to clean windshields of a car ?**
A: we use it on our shower doors,  you could do a windshield though

Bought in 2018 and going in the trash today. Good enough for what you pay. Not ugly at the time. Handy little suction holder that worked well over the years on almost all flat surface (we tried tile/laminate/vinyl). Be ware, the squeegee is great straight up or down but terrible any other way - leaves streaks. As the rubber age, it comes hard to clean and catches any gunk along what it passes.
