Bought as a birthday gift set it up looked good but no-one could hear what we were saying.Altered all the sound settings, no difference.People disconnected call as they were fed up of saying hello. Definate design fault as we tried 2 thinking it was just one phone.Also if you set it to outside sound the annoying key sounds are active & impossible to turn off.

When using phone people can not hear me microphone don’t work properly , so my partner can not use it bought a different phone

I'm sure the phone is fine for waterproofing and durability, however I bought it to connect to bluetooth speakers in a hot tub, and the sound quality was incredibly bad. It sounded like a badly tuned radio. I don't think i've heard sound quality that bad since the early 2000's

This item became unusable as the microphone stopped working.
