Great tires with exceptional forward bite. When paired with Crawler Innovations single stage foam, you have an awesome combo. Does well in all types of terrain like dirt, loose dusty surfaces & grass. Still traction rolls on pavement though. Completely stable at WOT as well. Almost no ballooning.

More rigid than the Falkin upgrades from Ready-to-run Yeti XL 1/8 scale and ever-so-slightly smaller. The tire rubber itself is same softness, but it is the inside foam that makes this a better tire. The foam fits more uniformly than any other tire. The tire fitness in direct contact with the rim is also tighter as a result against the rim. This is essential for running for speed of any kind. The other tires shape like a pizza cutter when you go from Parallel to series connection on your batteries. When the wheels spin this fast- this tire will keep its shape much better than the softer tires. Be warned, though, you will have to upgrade your suspension with a mixture of metal parts replacements for more stability. Strategic placement of some, not all, suspension parts will be necessary when you put these stiffer tires on your Yeti. You still want some Delrin parts from the kit to remain, but parts in the suspension that have to do with the bearings and steering knuckles will need to be replaced with metal upgrades- hop-ups... Also be prepared to upgrade to front sway bars and rear if you don't want to roll your monster truck. These tires will grip sightly tighter, and more easily roll...
