Product performance is unsatisfactory
Digital pen is not working properly.

Counting is manual
The counter pen is not working properly. Otherwise the lens and base of the machine is good. You have to mark the colonies with the pen and digital counter count the points. Sometimes after marking the colony, digital counter failed to connect. So you have to count manually . Only advantage is a big lens with a light emerging base.
