About the Author Sophia Lindop grew up on a farm in the Northern Cape province of South Africa, which influenced her understanding and appreciation of quality ingredients and how they should be prepared. She is passionate about food and wine – a passion that began at the age of five, fuelled by many years in the kitchen followed by six years of studying.
