I couldn’t get the replacement screen working. Possibly a defective part. Since the phone wouldn’t turn on, I had no need to keep the charging case.

My husband upgraded to a phone that charges wirelessly but I’m stuck with my iPhone 7 for a little longer. I wanted to be able to use a wireless charger and didn’t want to spend a ton, so this seemed perfect!It was easy to put on and the case covers the phone well. It is raised above the screen on the sides and there is some extra protection around the camera which I love. It charged wirelessly with no problem at all... it was trying to charge with a cord where things got sticky.It worked with my car charger but not with the charger in my bedroom. I contacted customer service and they told me that I should use the cord that came with my phone (no thanks, I want my 10 ft cord!). They also suggested FLIPPING THE CORD UPSIDE DOWN and see if it would charge that way... and for some crazy reason that worked! A little dab of paint in my cord and I haven’t had an issue since!

Bought for my grandad who doesn’t have the dexterity to plug in a cable. Works perfect.

I purchased this case from the merchant.It never worked well from the start so I ask that it be returned. I had no issues returning it.I purchased a new one as I wanted to give it a second chance.About 2 months later the same thing happened.The male portion of the lighting connection that is attached to the case detached both times.I believe I am outside any warranty that it may have

Initially purchased two of these wireless phone chargers, worked well for a few months and then each had to be replaced. My error for not wanting a refund, I chose replacement and yes both chargers failed just a few days after the return window closed.. Amazon was kind enough to replace unit again and yet it has just failed. And yes, just 9 days after the return window closed.Product simply does not work long term.
