I originally purchased these for camping. I placed them in my pack, and I wish I could say these were good, but before I knew it, my wife decided to consume them before I had a chance to give it a taste. When I say consume it, I mean the packets "disappeared" and were gone in a few days. That's saying something as she's not a coffee drinker when we're camping. I "secretly" ordered more and hid them for MY use. So, we'll see. But from her initial impression of the product? Well, she confessed to me that she loves them. They are super easy to use. Add hot water and you're good to go. She likes to "spice" it up by adding instant chocolate to make it richer and she says, "tastes great". Not sure if that is meant to be done, but what works, works. Perfect for camping (and casual drinking at home). So, if you're a fan of quality coffee infused with Chai, then you cannot go wrong. According to my wife, and I trust her, she says that from now on this is her 'go-to' coffee.

Definitely cold brewed (no acid issues), delicious, convenient, and always in my cupboard from now on.I only drink cold brew coffee due to acid issues. Making a cup on the fly is impossible, due to the need for it to brew for 24 hours. I typically make cold brew coffee concentrate once a week. That means sometimes I wake up and have no access to coffee, unless I go buy a cup retail. Yeah, not a good start to the day.I set out on a quest for freeze-dried cold brew for emergencies & found Cusa, on Amazon.PHENOMENAL freeze-dried coffee. I’m partial to the light & medium roasts. It comes in a variety of flavors, too.Cusa Cold Brew won’t replace cold brewing my own concentrate, but it’s perfect for emergencies, can be mixed in cold water, and it’s easily transported (packaged in individual servings).

The ease of use,the very nice results.For coffee addicts the little packets take away the guess work of making a decent cup of fast cold coffee. Try it for a back up solution when the power us out! I am sold.

Honestly, I've never really been a coffee person, tea has been my go-to. That is how I discovered the 'Cusa' brand and I've been an avid customer ever since they began selling their amazing tea! When I saw Jim (the founder and CEO) was going to start manufacturing coffee and the ads explained that their process has taken out all the bitterness, I decided I would give it a try. I was not disappointed!! While Cusa Tea is still my go-to, I have also been enjoying Cusa Coffee since it arrived! On those mornings when I need an extra dose of caffeine to get me started at work, Cusa Coffee fits the bill. The ads are accurate too! One of the things I think I didn't like about coffee was the bitterness. I didn't taste any bitterness with Cusa Coffee! I love that I can throw it in my purse if I am in a hurry to get out the door and whip it up in seconds when I get to work. Who knows, with Cusa Coffee's flavor and aroma, I may just become a 'coffee person' like the majority of my friends and colleagues!!!I highly recommend it!!!

I purchased these as a 'quick' alternative to add to a water bottle and have some cold brew while on vacation. Luckily I tried these before leaving with enough time to order an alternative because these are NOT the solution I was looking for - at least not to my taste / not this flavor. I chose the Vanilla Dark Roast and there is such a horrible chemical taste I can't even drink them! I have tried adding cream and sugar and just can't get the flavor to be good enough to drink. On the plus side, they did dissolve well for me, but just couldn't drink it. Will have to go with another brand.

This is possible the worst tasting instant coffee we have ever tried. Both my husband and I could not get through even one cup. We gave some to our employees and all of us noted it tastes fishy.No refund policy on the product either.What a disappointment!!!!!

I ordered a sample pack of the CUSA coffees last year and was so impressed with the flavors - the Medium Roast has become my favorite, but I've also purchased the new Decaf which I love for late day and evening cravings. When ordering directly from the company website I've sometimes received samples of their teas as well and all were really great. I have tried many brewed and instant coffees over the years, but CUSA is so convenient and doesn't compromise on taste. I also love that they recycle their packaging and give you a discount for sending the little packets back to them to recycle.

This is a great tasting instant coffee, that doesn’t taste like instant. It perfect for traveling. I really like that it works for both hot and cold. It’s easy to just pour it into a water bottle, shake, and it’s ready with no lumps. There is no bitter taste, or that horrible processed taste most instant coffees have. I’ve ordered several times, and will continue to.
