Whay is the difference between ice and tidal moisturizers?

With Ice, ceramides replenish the skin with lasting hydration and a strengthened natural moisture barrier, in a rich but lightweight cream. Tidal is an oil free gel cream, infused with two forms of hyaluronic acid for deep hydration, that also brightens and gently exfoliates.

Does this cream of emulsifier agents in it? I have heard they are not good?
