I have purchased this as a present for my brother who is dyslexic and doesn't enjoy reading but he loves this book and as he constantly needs to be doing something, he has found lockdown difficult on his mental health. He has definitely managed to enjoy this book and relate to the difficulties that Tyson has gone through within this book. I do think this book has helped him with some of the struggles he has been facing in lockdown.

Seems alright but some elements of pseudo science. Take fitness advice with a pinch of salt and find out what works for you....Very much about ‘positive thinking’ and ‘get off your arse and excercise’ so nothing particularly ground breaking but decent kick up the arse none the less.

Got a lot of respect for tyson fury with the way he went right off the rails and looking like him coming back was no chance tbh gaining all that weight etc,but what he did was amazing and saw many of his videos from when he started his long journey back to the topIt goes to show doesn't matter how big or small how rich or poor that mental health is a serious illness and can affect anyone,don't think exercise is for everyone tbh and people use different things to keep themselves happy and in the right mindset2020 has been a rough year for all of us with these lockdowns etc with gyms etc closing for monthsWhat I didn't agree with was the regrets on death beds etc which I found selfish tbh as we all have regrets no matter who we are but why I don't agree is that many unfortunately pass away at an early age due to illness etc or something have disabilities so what I'm saying is be grateful and don't hold onto regretsLive day by day and try not to dwell on things which I am guilty myself of so need to myself

I bought this book for my Son who is a Tyson Fury fan I hope he enjoys it as much as I've enjoyed buying it for him
