Auch im Vergleich zu anderen binauralen Headsets, die ich so ausprobiert habe, spielt er meines Erachtens ganz oben mit. Preist/Leistung absolut top. Bin echt absolut positiv überrascht. Ich nehme vor allem Instrumente auf und nutze ihn mit einer DSLR oder einer Sony ZV1. Der Klang ist differenziert und authentisch. Wie das so kleine Mics schaffen ist mir ein Rätsel. Im direkten Vergleich zu den internen Mics der ZV1 schneidet er um Längen besser ab. Viel realistischere Abbildung. In anderen Szenarien habe ich ihn nicht ausprobiert, auch noch nicht draussen. Für meine Zwecke (Indoor Musikaufnahmen für Social Media Kanäle) absolut ausreichend als schnelles und intuitives Setup. Klar, man kann auch Studiomikros nehmen, aber vor meinem Tascam brauchte sich die Aufnahme subjektiv nicht verstecken. Ach ja: habe ihn auch schon mit dem Rode Wireless Go System getestet. Funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch direkt an der Sony ZV1 keine Probleme. Tolles Teil!

Der Roland wirkt auf den ersten Blick recht billig verarbeitet, aber seine inneren Werte sind überraschend gut. Ich war baff nach den ersten Aufnahmen. Für den Preis bekommt man einen Klang, der mit einigen guten Audio Recordern und deren internen Mics (davon habe ich berufsbedingt mehrere) nicht nur mithalten kann, sondern in manchen Situationen sogar passender ist. Technically I cannot tell if the microphones are of a very high grade or not (you know, all the numbers, charts and other stats). I'm a casual electronic/ambiant sonic elements creator and used them so far to capture low level sounds like footsteps on dead leaves, folding fabric, pouring water, etc. In all instances the result recordings were very clear with no static background noise and had this characteristic binaural presence. Interestingly I like these microphones also when it comes to record my video narratives. I prefer that to a big microphone right in my face. I recorded everything using a Zoom H1N It doesn't take long that anyone can get really creative with this versatile microphone set.
