What are the outside dimensions of these bottles and do they have straight edges or a curved design?

It is a tad over 2 and half inches around. With the cap on its 3 and a quarter inches tall. The top is flat with slightly rounded edges. I'm very happy with the product. I will be ordering them again soon.

does the open box have all 24 and are all in good condition?

My experience through Amazon is positive. They are intacted and I have used them for my essential oils mixtures.

I haven't had any leak issues, I mainly use them with essential and carrier oils and they have worked great for me. Sometimes some don't roll as well as others, but that's expected with a plastic roller ball instead of metal. The more you use them the better they work.
