Update:I received a message from the seller, and they sent a new candle to replace the broken one I originally received. I should have clarified that the process of receiving a refund and replacement through Amazon was a little difficult, so I had to post a review of the damaged product. The replacement was received intact, but I struggled to keep the wick in the middle of the candle as it burned, so unfortunately there’s a good bit of candle and wick I’m unable to burn. The candle smells good, but still some issues with quality.Original review:The packaging was not damaged, but upon opening the box the candle was in crumbling pieces and the ceramic container was broken in several pieces as well. Really disappointed because I paid for it and was unable to use.

This little candle has a nice modern and clean looking holder, lasted about a month, but unfortunately did not deliver the strength of fragrance I was hoping for.

Edit: I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because their customer service reached out to me. They provided a FULL refund and were very kind and understanding of the situation. They have reported back to their team the issues with the candle holder. I believe any company willing to reach out to customers and try to fix any issues with their product is decent in my book.Original review: This candle unfortunately burned my mantel. I understand candles get hot, but I’ve never had a candle before that has burned a surface to this degree. I do not recommend this product- apparently this holder could not contain the heat. Do not put on any surface that could possibly burn- thankful I did not put this on my coffee table.

I expected more from this candle - not much scent at all. Around the holidays, I buy many fir tree candles and this one had almost no scent while others have a wonderful pine scent they keep through their burning. The good news is that I can use this during the year! It's okay, but I'm underwhelmed.

This is a soft Jasmine clean scent that will last for hours and hours. Works great in a large room, smells like a clean house.
