Great Pitcher
Great pitcher, we drink a lot of water and this works great

Great size!
Customer service with the seller was most helpful! My questions were answered promptly and received it quickly. The reason I was drawn to this pitcher is the size! It holds over 5 quarts which is great for a large pitcher of iced tea. The plastic is rather thin and the handle only attaches to the pitcher at the top which isn’t ideal for as heavy as it’ll be filled with tea. I’ll have to be careful to hold it from the bottom too. I’ve just received it today so I haven’t tried it out yet. It does say “BPA free”. Hopefully it will work out well. It’s almost 12” tall so keep that in mind if you need to get it to fit in the fridge. It works ok in mine because I have adjustable shelves.

Nice large size.
I like the large size and I made volume marks on the side with a sharpie. My only complaint is that it is molded with sharp edges on the handle so that it hurts a bit when carrying it full. I think I will sand it down. Not a deal killer.

Light weight and easy to handle
I take care of my elderly mom. Lifting a heavy gallon of milk is a challenge for her. She loves her cereal, so making milk accessible is a must-have. I ordered this pitcher, and it works perfectly. I keep it full, and she can get a bowl of cereal whenever she is hungry! I liked the pitcher so much I ordered a second one for juice!

Very well-made picture with cover.
This is a really well-made picture with a hard plastic cover. I really like it. Be careful with the specs because this is a 1.3-gallon pitcher. It's larger than I expected, but I have use for it.

Perfect iced tea jug
Had an old one and it was getting too discolored. This is the perfect size for my high volume consumption of iced tea.

It Broke!
After only a few weeks this pitcher has broken. I only use it once a week to water my indoor plants. How can I get a refund or replacement?

This jug does not hold 3 liters
This item is not a 3 liter jug. It only hold 2 liters of milk and i wanted a jug which holds 3.
