I was currently taking handfuls of quality vitamins that I carefully selected. That being said, how do you review the benefits of a vitamin if there are no noticeable changes in your health? I replaced this with my usual routine and feel like it is a good quality product. I have noticed before that if I skip my vitamins, I am tired. This didn't happen when I switched to this. I did get a headache one day (associated with another product I was trying) and wondered if it was because I was not taking the magnesium supplement that I normally take. I checked the bottle to see if this contained magnesium, and it did say it contained 100%. Nevertheless, I took my magnesium supplement in addition and did gain some relief from the headache. This seems to be a quality product in one pill. As for the size of the pill, I have no problem with it, but I am used to taking handfuls of pills (supplements/vitamins) all at once. However, for someone who has a hard time, it's definitely not tiny.
