This is so heavy in the head that it’s impossible to wear it for long. Waste of money

Finding The Right Temperature
It works. You do need to determine how to heat it for the appropriate heat you want. I have only used mine once but it didn’t give me the amount of heat I desire. I suggest heating it slowly so as not to overheat it.
