Is this butter warmer pan made in the USA?

My butter warmer was made in the USA. I returned the only All-Clad product (pizza stone) that was not made in the USA. I won't pay their high prices for products made overseas.

Is there a lid for this? What size would fit? Anyone know? Dimensions aren’t listed.

It does not come with a lid, inside diameter is 4 1/2 inches (11 cm). Depth is about 2 1/2 inches (6 cm). I use it for warming butter/oils. It is small, and a lid might cause boil overs.
