My favorite quick snack. These potato chips are fresh and crispy, never greasy and the barbecue flavor taste is oh so nice! An ounce (I weigh and measure my food) hits the spot at 4 p.m. to help make it comfortably till dinner. Also great with onion dip. Perfect accompaniment for avocado. The big bags are economical. When sealed properly, the chips keep very well. A quick trip to the oven or air fryer will crisp them up nicely when needed. As nice (or nicer) than any chip out there. Kettle makes a variety of great flavors, this one is my favorite.

While the flavor is great and more natural compared to other brands that have a more artificial taste, the chips are too hard to chew for a 70-year-old family member to enjoy.

This are really good and did not last past the outing we took them on.

裏庭付き(このポテトチップスの製品名からして『"バックヤード=裏庭(でする)•バーベキュー"(味)』の家(一戸建て、コンドミニアム等)に住むアメリカ人が、お休みの日などに、家族・友人達とそこでするバーベキュー(近年日本でも、割と裕福なご家庭でされるようになってきていますね)、小生もアメリカ在住時、何度かご招待されたが、肉•野菜類が、とても美味しいバーベキューソースを付けて炭火焼きされて、たまーにこの味が懐かしくなります。日本で本物の本場アメリカンバーベキューを頂く機会が極々稀なので、せめて輸入物のポテチ、プレッツェル、コーンチップス等のスナック類、ナッツ類で、そのフレーバーのものを見ると即買いすること多し。このケトルブランドは『ハニーデジョン{だったっけ、ハニー蜂蜜とデジョン(かな?)マスタード)』味も出していて､時々買います。買わないけど、他にも何種類が味が出てます。そちらはPrimeﾌﾟﾗｲﾑ商品で、総額900円前後(そりゃ日本のと比較すれば高い｡因みに時々約5%割引になる)。今回購入したバックヤードバーベキュー味はまだAmazonジャパンの出品者が輸入販売していない為、アメリカから送られてきました。故に送料もかかり、容量はアメリカのレギュラーサイズだから大きめにせよ､1袋のポテチを入手するのに総額2,000円近くかかったように記憶してます。今のところ、この特定の味のスナック類等でこれに匹敵する物を見つけられてないので、この先どうしても食べたい時は、財布が許す限り買うかなとは思いますが、コスパが改良された商品を待望ということで、4つ星とさせて頂きました。
