Arrived earlier than I thought, great price for 2 figures!The joints were stiff, Ana is thin I worried about her joints breaking in some places but warm water did the trick! Soldier loosened up too. They have good articulation when nothing is stiff, I'm happy with it. Neither of them can properly hold their big guns which isn't great. I can't get soldier to hold his gun at all. Ana can kind of hold her's but it's not a firm grip. Both figures can hold the small gun (Ana's sleep dart?). The exchangable hands are easy to swap. They have some loose clothing that you can easily remove if you want to do that? Uh anyway good figures yeah, cool

I am very disappointed that Ana’s Rifle is missing from the package.

I got these two for my boyfriend as a gift, but when they arrived, I received Pharah and Mercy instead. I'm a bit confused as even on the invoice it says "Solider and Ana" as well as my order history. I'm still happy though as he loves them and they are excellent quality and really nicely packed. Not sure how this mix up happened but they're great anyways!
