A year's performance?
I purchased this Connects 2 Adv-Usbcd plug and play CD player a little over a year ago. It has stopped playing and or ejecting CD's. I was compelled to disconnect the unit from my car and discovered the CD just flopped around inside. I was finally able to remove my CD, but the machine would not "pull" in or eject another CD. In fact the CD again just flopped around. I could hear machine noise but nothing played. To have this device last for just over a year of light use is disappointing! I would avoid this brand of CD player.

This cd player just works!
Easy. Clean installation. Provided bracket was excellent. Plays both music cds and burned cd-r',s.

It works on my 2017 Chevrolet Volt!
I first tested my 2017 Volt to see if it plays .wav files as another reviewer recommend, and it does. So I bought this player, and it works perfectly, with my first-ever CD from 1985 or with a Dua Lipa CD from 2021!

does not work in Honda Civic
Product works as advertised but I had to look deeply into its specifications. I plugged it into the USB port of my computer and could play CDs on the computer. However it translates the CD content into format for a USB port into .WAV format. After also looking deeply into the owner's manual of my 2021 Honda Civic, I learned the USB port on the Civic plays CD files in .MP3 or .WMA or .AAC formats but not .WAV. Hence it did not play CDs in my Honda Civic.

This unit fit perfectly in the center storage space below the dashboard in my new 2022 Nissan Frontier.looks almost oem. secured with a little velcro. plugs directly into the USB2 port and sounds great.

Stopped working after light use
This unit failed after only nine months of light use. Specifically, the eject mechanism has failed. The only way to remove the CD is to use a table knife to position the disc edge at the opening then tug gently while pressing the eject button. Absent this move, the machine just whirls on and on doing nothing else. Also, I never received a reply from the email I sent to the British manufacturer over a month ago.My recommendation is to find a different plug and play USB product that might be more reliable.

Works perfectly
I finally have a CD player that works through my car speakers. I have to wait a minute for the content to load, but then it works perfectly.
