During prolonged periods of intense exercise glutamine levels can be depleted which may limit protein synthesis. Our Glutamine Powder is a simple way to supplement your diet with this amino acid. Just one table spoon of Glutamine Powder provides more glutamine than 4 jumbo eggs, 4 oz. of lean beef, ¾ cup of soybeans or a 4 oz. chicken breast. Because it’s unflavored and instantized for easy mixing, you can add the powder into fruit juice, protein shakes or your favorite weight gain formulaMade with Pure L-Glutamine Review: ممتاز - ممتاز Review: I am very satisfied with this product. - I am very satisfied with this product. It doesn’t look like a man made open, and the missing PCs was sealed to the cap. I would say it happens on the online store products. However, the cap seal vacuum seal was intact, it was just the paper seal inside. **Q: What does it do?** A: It's an amino acid that helps with muscle recovery after a workout. It helps repair broken down muscle tissue that occurs after weight lifting. **Q: can i mix that with this Optimum Nutrition Instantized BCAA 5000mg Powder, Unflavored, 336g -** A: Yes you can. It's easily mixed because its a fine powder and can't even taste it :). I put both into my pre and post work out protein shake. If you're big into lifting I would use it 3 times a day. **Q: Is this product American made?** A: Yes, it is made in Optimum Nutrition's state-of-the-art production facilities in Aurora, Illinois, USA. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ممتاز *by H***N on 10 May 2026* ممتاز ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very satisfied with this product. *by J***I on 19 May 2025* I am very satisfied with this product.
