I got tired of trying to piece together the cheap plastic one that is so common among those who inject their meats. I saw this and went for it. When I pulled this bad boy out, my husband thought I was crazy. I believe he called it overkill. I call it amazing! So sturdy--stout. Feels good in your hand. And cleaning! OMGOSH! All the little brushes that came with it--every size needed to clean whatever needle you use! And not just for the needles, but a brush to clean the "syringe" itself! I feel really good about being able to know it's totally clean! AND extra gaskets! I don't care if you only use this once a year--or 50 times a year--this kit is everything you need to get the job done. Well worth it.

This is a great injector for the price. I had a real expensive injector that it's tube was plastic and cracked in 2 years with no replacement available. This one is all stainless, works great and comes with the cleaning burses at a reasonable price. This is the second one I am buying as I left my other one at my camper so I don't have to remember to pack it.

I was looking for a way to create a more flavorful injection for turkey and roasts without all of the chemicals and fillers. This injector exceeded my expectations! The injector needles have a larger bore hole which allows injections of thicker purée’s. It made for the most moist, flavorful turkey I have ever had! I purchased one for my grandfather as well as he was equally impressed. The entire injector is stainless steel including the exchangeable needle tips. There are multiple cleaning brushes and a case that protects each part when not in use.

I have no complaints about it, However the smallest injection needle must have came with a crack in it, because it snapped as soon as I stuck it in a warm chicken.

I'm a Cajun girl and we seasoning our food well - not to the extreme, but for flavor. I have a mixture that I make with ground up cayenne peppers, onions, and garlic and I've been looking for a syringe that would accommodate my mixture to stuff in chicken, beef, pork, venison, etc... This is JUST what I needed! I'm purchasing another one for my son!
