DownyApril Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner (Fabric Softener), 10 FL OZ

Downy has always been a great softener brand for me and it was nice to be able to get a small bottle to try out a scent rather than get a large bottle and not like it. I've never had this issue before, but this leaves a strange clumpy residue in the softener dispenser of my washer. I've tried really shaking the bottle first, and washing with various temperatures and that residue is always there. I switched to a regular sized bottle of a different scented Downy and it does not leave a residue. So either something is up with the formula on this one or it was just old.Overall good scent, strong so you can add a lot less than the recommended amount.

Well Patricia's EC Bargains got me. I cannot believe I paid 5.25 for 10 OUNCES of fabric softener. SMDH. I opened the box and thought.. WHAT??? I went to see if I could return it - NOPE. So, I'm screwed and I hope I've learned my lesson. Be warned... be more careful than I was. It does actually say 10 ounces. I can't believe I screwed up so badly.

I ordered the 10 fl oz from RGM Group and what was sent was a huge and heavy 8.5 liter bottle that looks old. I opened it and the liquid inside looks like water, much thinner than the original Downy. It has Mexican language on the label. I'm thinking that since the container looks old, the product must be old and some of the content must have coagulated and sunk. It's either that or it's fake! It would be more trouble returning it for the price I paid but I'm not sure I want to use the product either because it might ruin my clothes!

Too expensive and took forever to get here! Daughter did not even take to college because too late on delivery

This was not worth the money. Could get a far bigger bottle for less
