Q: is the crown a headband?

Yes, or rather it's a crown with a plastic headband attached to hold it in your hair. The headband piece can be easily removed if needed.

Q: What colors are the jewels in the crown and on the amulet?

The crown has red and blue jewels, the amulet is blue. They look awesome in person! The crown is top heavy and can fall over if you look down, but it's totally worth it.

Q: I want it for my 4 year old is it too much weight for her???

It is not too much weight, but she may be frustrated at the way that she'll have to keep pushing it on. If I were you, i would get it and modify it for her. The weight won't be a problem though.

Q: Kids only or can an adult wear this?

Adults can totally wear them! I am 20something years old and used it for my Peach cosplay. My other is in her 50's and she wore it with her Daisy cosplay. The band is pretty flimsy, so it will need to be Bobby pinned down, but it's flexible enough that you can use it with a wig. Hope this helps!
