Disgusting but works!
This stuff worked really well on me! It made me feel weak and sluggish the first two days but I slept like a rock! It tastes disgusting, but soooo worth the muscle relaxation and sleep! I’m warning you, though, it looks milky in the water.

Easy to use & works :)
It definitely works. :) As far as chunkiness or palatability goes: I found mixing it with some water in a blender bottle is super easy and takes care of chunks. It's like mayyyybe a little chalky, but I mix it with half a packet of Liquid IV strawberry flavor with about 12-16oz of water with some ice in it, and its pretty yummy.

Garden Of Life--great products!
I've been taking this magnesium for a long time. After is dissolves, I mix it with flavored Mio and salt for my own electrolyte drink! I do believe I can tell a difference when I'm not taking this (bowels, sleep, etc...). I wish it wasn't so tart, so that's why I mix it with other flavors. I love Garden of Life products!
