I have only used it once since getting it, but I am a long time user of woks for stir fries. I live alone and make most of my meals in a wok. You can get a lot of vitamins with very little effort and expense.. I got the 8 inch one, mostly because I have several lids that size already and it fits in my sink and dishwasher, something the one I was using didn’t do. The coating is similar to the one I have which has lasted a long time. Tip! Protect the surface when you store it with a dish cloth or potholder, if you put other things on top of it.

I was looking for a wok, flat on the base, for my electric stove to make rice pancakes that are shaped like a bowl (appam). This won my heart in the first use! It is good quality non-stick, gives perfect lacy edges for my pancakes, which I wanted, cooks evenly, and sits well on the electric countertop. It doesn't come with a lid, fortunately I had one that matches this wok. This wok has a slight pout on the side, which is helpful when making gravy or soup. I think the price is on point. A keeper!

I have or hope to find more of this type of stovetop cookware. It is the absolute best I've ever used. I love this pan and it's extremely easy to wipe clean. Never had anything this good. I also bought a lid that was advertised on the page. Although it's not a part of this line it's also perfect and can be used for multiple pans although I haven't used it except on this wok. (frying pan)

I love this wok. I bought the 8” one because sometimes I like to make small meals. It is deep enough for single bowl soup (big bowl) and also stir fry. I Have not fried any food yet but, I think it will be good as a fryer without splattering as much as a regular fry pan does because of the depth. It is light enough to use but, not too light so I know it is good quality grade wok. I am very pleased with this purchase, now I’m thinking of getting rid of my 10” Calphalon and buy this brand. My Calphalon is so heavy that it’s a pain to use, needless to say it was also expensive when I bought it.
