Excellent quality vanilla beans. Package is vacuum sealed and when you open it up the smell of fresh whole vanilla beans fills the air. The beans are dried but still moist enough to work with very easily. If you want them dryer, just hang them out for a while in a safe drying area. These beans are beautiful in color, size and shape and are free of abrasions. We have made vanilla extract, paste and syrup from these beans as well as french vanilla ice cream and every time we get the best vanilla flavoring in all of our goods. Organic vanilla beans fluctuate in price and these are not only the best quality but the best priced at any given time. Bought these for my Ma and these are really nice. Fragrant and plump. Before summer is over, I'm going to use a couple of these to make some vanilla ice cream in the old school crank freezer. I like that these are organic, should be fantastic for whatever cooking needs you may have. Was on sale at the time, great price. These are NOT cheap at the health food store, much better deal her for 50 beans.

Beautiful thick, sticky vanilla beans.. I bought them to make vanilla extract and vanilla sugar from and they are working perfectly. I have bought them 3 times. They are thick and deep brown color. They smell amazing even before you open the package. I have plans to make vanilla paste too so I will be ordering more. You can use them in so many recipes. The versatility is endless.

I ordered the 50-count Madagascar Vanilla Beans and, unless I misunderstood the product description, I only received 46 beans instead of 50. While that was a little disappointing, the quality of the beans more than made up for it. As soon as I opened the bag, I was greeted with an incredible vanilla aroma. The beans were plump, oily, moist, and full of rich vanilla caviar (“meat”). They looked extremely fresh and were very easy to split. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it was obvious that these are premium vanilla beans. I used them to start a batch of homemade vanilla extract, and I couldn’t be happier with how they look and smell. Despite being a few beans short, I am very impressed with the overall quality and would definitely consider purchasing from this seller again. If the count had been correct, this would easily have been a 5-star purchase!

Bought for making vanilla extract. The beans were vacuum packed and fresh. They were soft and pliable and most were of good size. Highly recommend.
