AnolonAdvanced Home Hard-Anodized Nonstick Skillets (2 Piece Set- 10.25-Inch & 12.75-Inch, Onyx)

These are significantly less expensive than the Anolon Nouveau Copper skillets I have been using for a number of years. They're less heavy (but the Nouveau Copper ones were not overly heavy).The 12" one is very similar to its 12" Nouveau Copper cousin. The 10" one seems a little smaller in the diameter of the area of the pan that lies flat on the cooktop, compared to the 10" Nouveau Copper.Having used these for a month or two, I am pleased with the early nonstick performance. The real test will be how well they retain their nonstick character and shrug off potential scratches for a couple years. I do not expect this sort of skillet to be a lifetime tool, but it seems reasonable to hope for easy-release eggs through mid-2027.

I saw a commercial on the AnolonX so I went on line and ordered what I thought was the pans I saw on TV...after a day I realized I ordered the wrong ones...just Anolon...so I tried to cancel them but it was to late to cancel...yet I could after being recieved. I opened the box and decided to keep them.. I cooked eggs and ham with oil...The pans were so much more wonderful than I thought...the oil stayed in the middle of the pan-the eggs cooked perfectly as well as the ham-and to my suprize the eggs were hot on the plate. WOW! Truly the best pans I have ever used...

Nothing sticks and cleaning it is a breeze (use scratch free sponges). Hand wash, NOT to be placed in the dishwasher.I also bough a quarter pot with perforated lid from the same brand and I am totally happy with both items.

Just received the pan and seems well made but found the finish had a flaw. Everything else looks great but not sure about the finish. Hopefully it won’t be a problem.

Analon is my favorite reasonably priced brand, I had bought the same exact pan before a few years ago and this one will receive the same hard use

As always analogs the best I've been through several companies and these guys back their product lifetime your column you take pictures you send it in they replace great company the pan Works excellent
