TL;DR: Suit is awesome and I got lots of compliments on both the style and the fit. Jacket fits me perfect, but the pants are way small (size guide says 37.5 for a size 44 suit, but the pants were closer to a 33).I picked up this suit for Halloween to go with a Pac-Man dress my wife made. I usually wear a 44L jacket and a 36” pant. I went with the size 44 suit which said it goes with a waist of 37.5. I got the suit and the quality is solid for the price and it looks great. Jacket fit like a glove and I got lots of compliments on the fit of the suit. The pants unfortunately…way small waist. Length was perfect (probably 32” inseam) but the waist was probably a 33” if I had to guess. I had to suck it in as much as I could and I could still barely get it buttoned and zipped. These zippers are not quality, but it hung on for dear life. The waist has no elastic give either. For reference, I’m 6’2”, 215lbs.So, if you are normally a 44 jacket/36 waist, you’re going to either need to have a bigger loose fit jacket and go with the 46 suit, or squeeze into small pants, if possible, if you get the 44 suit.

We ordered one size up from my sons usual size after reading the reviews. Most people said it runs small. The jacket was perfect, but the pants were a little big. No problem with a belt, and he has room to grow. Surprisingly well made and great looking. Double thumbs up from us!!

I wore this on a formal night on carnival cruise lines and had them bitches snappin' at the neck while being was bombarded with people's praises. They hoisted me up on a chair and carried me wherever I pointed while 'little people' threw petals at my feet and beautiful ladies released the doves in awe of my bestowed presence.Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the material had several strings, which is indicative of it falling apart. Though I danced my @$$ off on Michael Jackson night (hee hee) and had no issues.Not so thick that you sweat profusely, but thick enough to make it look like you didn't find it in a costume store.

I loved the suit once I got the largest size. I normally wear a 42 in the waist. So I ordered a 44. I couldn’t get the waste of the pants past my thighs🤦🏾‍♂️. I returned it and got the largest size they had. Which is 52 I believe.

My son got this suit for Prom this year and it was a hit! He received so many compliments & comments from classmates, other parents and complete strangers at the restaurant. I was skeptical at first, thought he should go for a more traditional look, but it turned out to be the perfect suit for him and he will never forget all the fun he had wearing this! The material & quality of it were great - again exceeded my expectations. If you like to stand out in a crowd, this is the perfect suit!

Don't buy this suit. I bought a size 42 for my son and the pants are like a 34. Just ridiculous!!@

Our High School Seniors wear crazy suits for Homecoming so we knew we needed an OppoSuit. These suits are cut VERY SLIM. If you have a kid who fits easily into slim-cut or skinny jeans, then you will have few problems. But if you have a regular fit kid or a kid who wears relaxed-fit jeans, USE THE sizing guide and buy so that the PANTS fit. The accompanying jacket will likely be enormous (unless you are going for the look of Kingpin in The Daredevil), and you will need that altered. Suit was $120... Alterations were another $150 to (still) loosen the pants in the hip/groin area and massively adjust the jacket to fit properly. I wish OppoSuits recognized that not every kid is a slim-cut kid and created a wider line of clothing - or offered all of their patterns as separates so we could buy the parts that fit best.
