Chef hates spoons that aren't silver or gold so I bought black ones and they actually stay on my station when I have a day off. They're slightly smaller than what I need to quenelle but they work great for plating. They're light and thin I bought em for measing out garnishes and what not, working perfectly so far.

lol i am pretty sure I didn’t pay too much for these but I was really excited for the black color. That didn’t last long because after 1 wash the color started fading. They look like a dirty scratched silver now. Won’t be buying again. Maybe good for the occasional tea spoon but not regular use. Also my 4 year old son played hulk and bent 1 in half. They aren’t too sturdy.

This black is poorly painted on. This wore off in the dishwasher within a week.
