Are these seamless v neck t shirts

There are no seams in the torso of the shirt. The only seams are across the top of the shoulders and attaching the short sleeves to the torso; of course shirtsleeves, v-neck, and base of shirt are all hemmed.

Are they thick enough for a woman to wear without a bra

They are almost see-through thin, so unless you wish someone to notice you aren't wearing a bra, I wouldn't recommend them. The Gilden shirts are better.

Is the undershirt soft 100% cotton I have allergies need very soft cotton

it feels soft to me I like them

Should i order x-large if my husband wears x-large for shirts? i see they are 100 % cotton.

I ordered Large for me and washed the shirts as directed (cold water with color-safe bleach) as well as my usual for whites (hot water with chlorine bleach) and have not noticed any shrinkage. Mind you, I have only washed them twice so far, but they have kept their size.
