I love this brand of supplements. I have tried some of their other products and love them, but this one is my favorite. Aches and pains are never easy, but when I wanted a joint support supplement, I found one. I've only taken them a couple of times, but love the taste and the texture and will continue to use them. The flavor tastes exactly like fruit snacks. It literally helps curve my sweet tooth. Contains Vitamin E which has many health benefits and glucosamine sulfate which is GREAT for joint care. I am hoping this supplement, especially during the cold weather where my joints tighten quickly and frequently, will make a difference. I have been taking it for a few weeks and will come back to write if it they do not help the way I hope they will.
