COSMEDIX Under Eye Serum for Dark Circles & Puffiness, Opti Crystal - Lifting & Firming Liquid Serum for Fine Lines & Wrinkles - Brightening, Moisturizing, & Hydrating Anti Aging Eye Puffy Bags Serum

This product is really good if you ask me. I bought it in march 2023, and I've been using it daily since then. The tube is TINY and it's not cheap but I've been using it for 9 months so value seems ok? I'm not even out of it yet but I'll reorder soon. I have basically no wrinkles under my eyes, and my skin is soft and moisturized there when I use it. I had some fine lines before but this product really works well. I see a lot of reviews talking about it being blue and shiny and the color not going away, as well as sticky, and not working with make up well. They may not be using it well because I have none of these problems. IMPORTANT: I use it in the morning before make up only. It will be sticky if you only use this. After washing my face, I mist with water and apply a vitamin C&E serum, followed by lightweight cica moisturizer all over. Once that dries, I squeeze 4-5 "flat dots" of COSMEDIX Opti Crystal Liquid Eye Serum under my eyes. I do this by squeezing a tiny bit and dabbing it directly onto my skin from the tube itself. I say "flat dots" because you need a small amount, not a blob of it. it's super important not to use too much. After that I pat it out all over under my eye with my ring finger. Once it's all spread out, if it's still quite blue, you have too much. at this point I see a shiny/sticky appearance, but not blue or aurora. Next, I apply matte BB cream and use the same patting out technique under my eye until desired coverage is achieved. BB cream is then followed by mineral foundation powder and by this point there is zero stickiness, my make up holds up well throughout the day with no creasing and maintaining a smooth appearance. I had this sitting in my cart for at least 4 months before I purchased it. The price tag had me a little apprehensive, but I finally ran out of my old stuff and thought I'd give this a try. It DOES NOT disappoint! First of all, you use such a tiny amount each night that I'm thinking this tube will last me at least 6 months. The quality is absolutely amazing... I can't say enough nice things about it. It goes on as this gorgeous pearl type color and immediately hydrates your under eyes. It's helped my dark bags look a little less prominent and it also has helped with the appearance of my crows feet. I would recommend everyone gives this a try! I'm actually going to look at their other skin care products to see if they have a full face cream I loved this THAT much.

There is a learning curve to applying this eye serum but just to say, less is more. You don’t need much. I let it sit for a few minutes and then continue to tap it in. It is sticky but eventually sinks in. I’m an esthetician and have tried soooo many eye products and this one has impressed me the most as far as how quickly you see results. I’m 53 and when I wear eye makeup it sometimes settles into the inner corner wrinkles that are normal for my age. This eye serum has solved that issue. I look in the mirror stunned. I also think it helps prolong my eye makeup during the day and simply firms the delicate skin around the eyes. For now I’m only using this product during the day and another eye cream at night. This product is pricey but with how small of an amount you need, this will last you a good while. I will be recommending this to clients.

I first got this at a clinic that only uses organic or high quality products. I wasn’t sure at first that it was worth the money, but in no time, I had so many people commenting on my eyes. I stopped wearing concealer and my fine lines have greatly diminished. I have now been using this for over a year and I will not buy anything else. My 76 year old mother started using it and saw a huge difference under her eyes as well!

I do have sensitive skin but made the skin around my eyes very irritates and red more than anything I have ever used, it took over a week for the redness to go away :( It is a beautiful product, looks like unicorn tears lol but not for me and my skin

I was intrigued by this product when I saw it. I’ve taken really good care of my skin, no matter what I do eyes age different. For reference I do have eyelash extensions and that’s a BIG reason this is a big no! After applying no matter how little it turns into a sticky fly trap. I couldn’t tolerate the sticky consistency and my lashes sticking to my lids if reformulated to a silky smooth non sticky substance then I may try again! Also makeup doesn’t mesh with this in the least.

I am a huge fan of this under eye cream. I purchased it to address dark circles, and I have definitely seen an improved difference in the hydration and color under my eyes.. Easy to apply, just a small dab is enough for under both eyes. It is a thicker than other under eye creams, almost gel like, but it does not feel heavy at all. It gets completely absorbed into the skin. And there is no funky smell. It seems a little expensive, but the small tube lasts quite a long time and is definitely an effective product. I definitely recommend this Cosmedix under eye brightening cream.

UPDATE- I spoke to Cosmedix and they confirmed that it is legit product, plus Amazon replaced the one that arrived leaking. At this price the Opti Crystal is a bargain price. You only use a pinprick amount so it lasts for months and is a highly effective eye product. My review has now changed to 5 stars. Original review: I’ve purchased this product previously from a different retailer and know it’s great. But this Opti Crystal arrived with neither the tube or box protected with any kind of seal. The product has also leaked into the lid. It feels like someone has previously opened and tried it before returning. Either way it feels unhygienic. I’m returning and requested a replacement. I’m also going to check with Cosmedix on how it should be packaged. (Opti Crystal I’d usually around £90, so if legit this is a bargain price, or it could be too good to be true. I’ll update when I find out more from Cosmedix.)

I’ve used this product for years and it’s turned back the tide on crows feet - they are demonstrably less prominent now at 53 than they were at 47 when I started using it. Other reviews are true - you only need a tiny bit and it is quite sticky. I dot it under my eyes and leave for a minute while I do something else, give it a moment for body heat to kick in. Then dot it around the area - no dragging necessary if it’s warmed up a little. I don’t use skin coverage so I can’t comment how foundation or eye cream sits. I’m naughty and use twice a day and have to hold myself back from using more than I need. Tube last 4 months. RRP is around $180 but if you shop around, can get for $106-$115 to $140. Record was $98. This is a must have and I dread eventual retirement when I’ll have to face up to if I can afford it or not! I’ve tried other eye serums/creams which have done nothing but smell nice and be a bit moisturising.

I have been using Opti Crystal for only 2 weeks, incorporated on my night time skin routine -- the result has me pleasantly surprised and absolutely pleased! The skin under my eyes is now super smooth and visibly hydrated. No wonder the rave reviews for this product are kept coming. I used a few other eyecream brands before, nothing compares to Opti Crystal. It is the best and I am hooked :)

Il est dommage que pour le prix, la boite ne soit pas scellée ou qu'il n'y ait pas un opercule sur le tube. Impossible de savoir si le tube a déjà été ouvert (ce qui le rendrait efficace moins longtemps), ou si le produit n'a pas été testé (il pourrait manquer du produit). Au prix particulièrement élevé de la crème, nous devrions pouvoir être sûr qu'il soit neuf. J'ai vraiment un doute sur le mien car la pointe transparente est arrivée colorée par le produit. C'est dommage, car ce produit semble prometteur !

I ordered and paid for Opti-Crystal £93. Instead I received Eye Genius!!! Genius is between £50- £75. Very disappointed to receive the wrong item, I did not notice on time because it looks exactly the same as the tube pictured and opened it before noticing the name at the bottom is wrong.
