I feel certain that a typo was made when setting up the item at Amazon (no disrespect meant). As far as quality, no problem if it says Starrett on the tool. The soft flexible red plastic case only specifies part numbers for each compartment, not sizes. The same holds true for the individual punches, part number, no size. The part number/size is as follows: 117AA= 1/16", 117A= 5/64", 117B= 3/32", 117C= 1/8", & 117d= 5/32". This set of tools is well worth the investment. **Q: I work hard and hands get sweaty , will these get rusty from that? Wont have time to clean and oil after each use. Do these need to be pampered?** A: Pamper them? No. Ordinary maintenence, yes. Just about any tool will rust or corrode if not taken care of. But you know that.
