What weight should I start with as a beginner?

Beginners typically start with 5-15 lbs to learn proper form. Women often begin at 10-15 lbs, while men may start at 15-20 lbs. Choose a weight allowing 10-15 controlled repetitions before fatigue.

Will the vinyl coating crack or peel with regular use?

The vinyl coating is engineered for durability during regular training. It resists cracking from impact and flexing. Occasional inspection and standard cleaning help maintain the coating's integrity over time.

Can I use this kettlebell outdoors in different weather conditions?

Yes, the vinyl coating prevents corrosion in humid environments and outdoor storage. For extreme heat or prolonged rain exposure, store indoors when not in use to extend the coating's lifespan.

How do I clean the kettlebell after sweaty workouts?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap after each session. The vinyl finish is easy to clean and dries quickly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that may damage the coating surface.

Does this kettlebell come with exercise instructions or a workout guide?

The kettlebell itself does not include printed materials. However, it supports standard kettlebell exercises: swings, push press, squats, deadlifts, and get-ups.
