First I am not a doctor, my advice is based on my personal long journey.I take this in the morning, GLR and VSL probiotics and night. It took a little time but all my gas and pains subsided. My gut motility and movements improved. Gut processed better and movements were more solid. Lastly these are not miracle products. Diet including when and how much you eat along with sleep go a long way (Don’t eat big meals, don’t eat late and take the above on empty stomach)Don’t give up

Helpful product for those with IBD, such as ulcerative colitis. Was recommended by Naturopath and it helped. Not sure why regular doctors don’t recommend it to their patients. Maybe because they don’t make any money from it, like they do from big Pharma.

Kinda tastes like Tang, so it’s not offensive. Mixes easily. Seems like the price is a little high so try to find it on sale.

This reminds me of the flavor drink "Tang" as a kid. I like the taste and the consistency of the mix. You do have to constantly stir to keep the mix from settling at the bottom of your glass. I noticed it does help with bloating. Unfortunately it give you a dry mouth while drinking this mix.
