Easy to use
I waited to post this review until it rained to give honest feed back.I had a horrible leak in my garage. I bought this in hopes it would save me the cost of a roof repair. It did. Works well, easy to apply with a roller brush. My S.I.L. applied a thin coat as directed on a warm day. I had no problems with it curing at all.I would recommend this product to everyone and if the problem comes up again on another area of my roof I will not hesitate to buy this product again for that fix as well.
