**UPDATE- the company reached out to me and asked how they could solve the issue of the non working clock.. I sent them verification that the clock did not work and they sent me a new module to connect. It was a very simple install and now the clock works perfect.. I am very happy with this product and want to thank the seller for being so accommodating. I have ordered this product 3 separate times now. the first one the fan was very noisy so I returned ordered another the product was damaged had to return and in the third product the clock doesn't work..I really love the look and the quality of the product just having a hard time getting one that is put together well.

My husband said it was a bit challenging to install but it looks nice and works (although sometimes it takes a second to get going and I can be a little impatient).

Good product, easy to install

If I could give this zero stars I would. Total piece of junk! The housing for the fan is so flimsy that it vibrates the whole unit! I could literally push and pull on the plastic holding the motor for the fan. It looked nice on the wall but I couldn’t use it. Not to mention it doesn’t pull air like it says, on level 3 it hardly helped. We cooked a steak with that on 3 and it still smoked up my house. It was also built like crap, the blue film was a nightmare to remove because they put the film on and then formed the pieces of metal together instead of forming first. And after we hung it up it was wobbly and didn’t help with the vibration at all. DO NOT BUY! Waste of money. I bought a new one on VEVOR and it looks the same but works like a dream and is built STRONG! AND honestly it was cheaper!

This product was very easy to install, it was built with quality in mind, and the customers loved it with their brand new kitchen that we installed, it had suction power of a more expensive hood, but the price was a lot less

Bought a Condo and renovating. Replaced the kitchen and this was my range hood replacement. Works just fine. Noise level far quieter than the previous one. Easy plug and play (if your range has an outlet) I cut the cord to hard wire into existing power lines making it super simple to me. No complaints but some heads up 1: as noted from others all the stainless protective wrap took some time to get off. I suggest have a hobby knife or utility knife with fresh blade to trim around the lights and grooves. Otherwise you get little torn pieces sticking out. Other reviews prepared me for that and I had no issues when approaching the film. 2: this has a 6” vent outlet and flexible vent duct included. The existing vent was duct was a 4” so I did require a reducer from 6”-4”. Slide on perfect to the top of the hood then some metal duct tape sealed it in nicely. 3: Duct cover was a little time consuming but once lined up fit well and looks great. Use the little screws provided for top bracket and fits flush with ceiling. Overal no complaints.

Looks great! Easy installation. Fan suction power isn't as good as I expected for a 450cfm.

Stainless steel material is easy to clean. Adjustable hight can fit and easy to install. Two LED lights provide brighter cooking. Two pieces of high quality baffle filter are removable and dishwasher safe. Compared local range hood I like this better.
