Challenging
A challenge worth mastering. Effective and comfortable to hold. Strange at first but give it a few tries to get the gist then proceed to mastering. I was introduced to this in my physical therapy and ended up buying it to become better at it.

A MUST have for shoulder health!
After 2+ decades of lifting, multiple surgeries, and lots of physical therapy I finally bought one. Fellas, ladies, you HAVE to buy this if you have shoulder issues! My high grade partial tear doesn’t bother me at all. I just finished a chest/shoulder/tri workout pain free for the first time in years. This is an absolute game changer. This thing deserves 10 stars. I wish I had purchased one after my first shoulder surgery. Don’t think, just buy it.

I was introduced to this at physical therapy and really love how challenging even 30 seconds can be trying to sustain some of the exercises you can do with this thing. I think it’s probably going to be most valuable to athletes who depend on their arms and shoulders to perform, whether that’s throwing, climbing, pushing or pulling. This is an amazing tool to help build dynamic joint strength at home with relative ease.
