Q: What is the weight of the product assembled for the purposes of moving it?

It isn't hard to move, as it weighs in at 125lbs. However due to bulk with bench out, use two people. My wife and I assembled in an open area of our garage then moved it to the area it will be utilized in with zero difficulty.

Q: how many peices does it come in and what tools will i need

There is a large box full of well-organized, well-machined components, with very clear step-by-by instructions. Kind of fun exercise, actually. All you need is a couple wrenches.

Q: How do you tone your bum and abbs on it?

For abs I lie down with my feet hooked under the leg bar and do sit ups. For the gluteus I would use the strap behind the heel and do straight leg pull backs. I haven't done a lot of work on this and I am certainly not an expert.
