Eventually these Macrobiotic cookbooks will not be available because you will make your way back to health without a doctor. It is strict, but you learn to cook to heal yourself. Whole Foods and Sprouts carries most of these food items and remedies. Before all else heal yourself first.

Unexpected treasure!
This book gives a very good history and guide to home remedies in the Macrobiotic Philosophy. I will not be loaning it to anyone (for fear of not getting it back), but will be sure to tell my friends about it. It is very useful.
