Fairly comfy but I think it could be firmer.

I decided to do neck exercises to improve the shape of my upper back, which was becoming curved. I then had terrible headaches for months and could not sleep without my arm under my neck. I had to get a new pillow and I chose this one after reading the reviews. After a few nights, my headaches decreased and I started to sleep well. The pillow feels very comfortable and supportive. It is a bit shorter than a normal pillow, but I just fold the pillowcase under by a couple of inches. It has a removable cover for washing, but I am using it with a pillow protector as well because this is what I had on my previous pillow. I have no complaints about this pillow. The neck exercises worked and my upper back now has a good shape.

When I opened it, a musty smell came out. And it has been placed by the window for two days,still smells bad;(

It's more than comfy to lay your back in bed and read a book or watch a movie and makes you feel cozy. I would not recommend it for sleeping though. Too hard and doesn't really feel comfortable when you just lay your head.

I bought this from the reviews, and I was SO desperate for a new pillow - was having so many issues with shoulder and neck pain as I’m a side sleeper.I was honestly a bit disappointed when it arrived, but tried it out anyway and WOW WOW WOW. I don’t even know how it’s supporting my head and neck. It just doesn’t seem thick enough, but this honestly has to be the BEST pillow I’ve ever bought.Absolutely love it, take it with me if need to stay anywhere else now!! And have recommended it to friends who were struggling and they love it too!!!
