Good piece of luggage
Good carry on size. It stood up to multiple transatlantic trips and an RT transcontinental flt , a few times as checked luggage. Enough room for me (as an average sized male) for a week if you also have a small personal item you can chuck some of your gear in. That it doesn't expand is good because it's a very stable platform whilst rolling through airports. The Handle , this is where it falls off the cliff unless you figure it out. Don't try to over pack it and you're laughing. I'd most likely spend a bit more and get the Travel Pro 19 inch spinner.

Great, lightweight bag
Overall, I am super happy with this purchase and would consider buying other bags on the same line to replace my other aging luggage. I've only taken this on one trip, but it did involve a ton of walking on streets (rough, bumpy) and within metro stations & airport terminals. It was very smooth - I had trouble keeping it stable when pushing, but this is my first 4-wheeled bag. No issues with the bag itself. I do see some marks on it after this trip but they look like ones that would wipe off. Minor issues, really. It was roomy and functional, and lightweight so I could heft it up stair cases when fully loaded.

Great suitcase, but delivered in bad shape
I ordered this suitcase to take on a 2-week bus tour, and we hoped to just take the one suitcase for my husband and I. The first one that came was really beaten up during shipping and arrived very dented and scuffed. I ordered a replacement, which arrived promptly and wasn't AS beat up, but was still dented and scuffed. As we started to pack, we quickly realized that we wouldn't be able to pack everything in one suitcase, so I decided to take both on the trip. And, even though they didn't look too great, they both performed like champs. They came home after 2 airplane trips and being tossed on and off a bus for 2 weeks looking exactly the same as when they left. The big dent in the first one did make it a bit hard to zip up sometimes, but it always did zip with a bit of perseverence. So, if you order this suitcase, just give yourself plenty of time to order before you need it, just in case you need to order a replacement or two. Now, on to a discussion about their performance. These suitcases are very light and maneuverable, and were easy to push around varioius hotels and the airports. The lifting handle on mine liked to collapse. The button on the top was maybe a little too sensitive? And I felt that it didn't really lock into place firmly in either the low or high position. It got quite annoying by the end of the trip, but it did fine with my carryon there as I pushed it around. The suitcase holds a lot, and it is expandable if you need a bit of extra space on your trip. It theoretically has two front pockets. However, we quickly found out it is actually just 1 pocket that covers the entire front of the suitcase and two zippers to get into it. That seems very strange to me. In other suitcases, I have used the small front pocket for handy access to small toiletries but in this case, any small toiletries would fall all the way down to the bottom of the pocket and be hard to retrieve. Additionally, for me at least, I thought the handle on the side seemed weirdly placed and when I tried to use it to heft it up on the bed, it was actually worse than just grabbing the wheel and the handle on top. So, that wasn't great. But, maybe that was just me. I'm left handed and sometimes that makes things unexpectedly awkward. In conclusion, this is a basic suitcase without a lot of bells and whistles on the inside or outside, but it is also only a moderate price, so I think it is a good deal for what you spend. I was definitely impressed with its durability and how easy it is to push around. I'm not sure how long the suitcases will last since they are already both dented, but for the moment, I don't regret my purchase.

Much needed
Great medium sized bag. I need a checked bag that wasn’t massive but still holds a week or two worth of stuff not packing light. Sturdy and rolls well. Held up to be dragged around Europe. Lightweight

Perfect for airlines with smaller than usual carry on dimensions
We’re taking a trip in on Air Canada which happens to have strict carry on dimensions that are smaller than what’s allowed with most airlines. My husband was able to fit approximately 15 items of clothing, flip flops, and a pair of dress shoes. We are sharing one checked bag, and always worry about the checked luggage getting lost. This is a perfect solution to take a few outfits in case checked luggage is delayed. The handle sticks a bit and requires a little finesse to get it back down, but once you figure it out it works fine. The material is sturdy and there are a few useful pockets for toiletries or other small items.

So disappointed.
I have a Swiss Gear luggage set but the wheels are destroyed so I decided after 10 years of light traveling it was time to replace those old pieces. This new luggage set by the same company is absolute garbage and not much more useful than stuffing your cloths in a contractor garbage bag. I ordered two and they both arrived crushed. If they can't handle being shipped in a box, they're not going to last a minute with the baggage handlers at an airport. You can tell their focus was on developing a lightweight bag, but the materials used to manufacture these bags is extremely flimsy. The craftsmanship is non-existent, and durability is a big zero. The box it came in is more sturdy than the luggage. Don't even bother. I'm so disappointed in Swiss Gear for allowing this garbage to be sold with their label on it.

The size is appropriate.
It can also be extended and has a very spacious interior, so it's not necessary for me. In my opinion, the price is very reasonable.

The good: this fit perfectly for air Transat carry on specs (and she made us try it in the caddy)… it fit well. The bad: we bought two, and one had a faulty handle that kept jamming up or down… it was such a pain! The case is quite small and my personal item on top kept tipping it over. But it was fine when in motion and I was holding it up.

This carry-on is the perfect size for the tight WestJet restrictions, and it fits in the sizer no problem! It is quite small, but I was somehow able to squeeze 7 days of clothes in here and didn't even need to check a bag. It moves around well (the wheels are 360 degrees), and it was super comfortable to pull along with me through the airport.

Holds lots for a 7days trip. Fits well in the overhead cabin. Part of the stitch was undone though but was too late to return as my trip was literally the next day. The one I bought for my husband was ok.
