I have been using this for years. I’ve gone some periods of time without it simply because it was hard to find. It keeps me balanced in the hormonal area.

I take 2 per day, with breakfast and dinner. Be warned tho, I tried to save money with the double strength version, and it is NOT the same. Manufactured in a different country, so not the same formula. Unfortunately I go thru 1 pack every 2 weeks, and can't find it in a larger quantity. Still a small price to pay to avoid all-night sweating 😓
