Q: What is weight/pounds limit?

The owner's manual says: "Recommended for riders under 60 lbs." But it doesn't give a gross weight capacity. It would probably hold three children at 60 lbs. each for a total of 180 lbs.

Q: Can you move the handle underneath the wagon so it will fit in a car trunk?

No, the handlebar bends back toward the wagon, but does not fold the opposite way to go up underneath the wagon. Thank you.

Q: how tough is this to put together? I am using this in a scavenger hunt, and am wondering if I will require the teams to assemble each one. Tools need?

Yes, most definitely teams. It took me several hours over the course of a week, finally had to ask for my husbands help cuz I wasn't strong enough to fit something. You will need pliers and screwdrivers, nothing special. Put it together loosely and tighten up at the end.

Q: How many bottles of whiskey will fit in the wagon?

Well the dimensions are 4.3 x 15.7 x 34 inches so depending on the size of your bottles, I would assume you could fit about 10-12 average size bottles in it. I use it to haul my senior citizen shih-poo dog who cant walk long distances any more. Its a very well built wagon. I think its a wonderful alternative to the over-priced, pay for the name, Radio Flyer. It is very sturdy and well built. I hope this helps.
