Fix just right
It was hard to install but we new it was gonna be like that. Kids enjoy every bounce on it.

Perfect replacement
This pad is great, not too difficult to install, more bounce than the original.Highly recommend!

Better than the original and less expensive
Our trampoline got a tear in it from kids and dogs playing with it. Replaced the mat which was easy. Great unit, higher jumps, happy kids.

Third mat that I’ve installed on a used trampoline frame that for me has been in service 20 years. Kids have loved it and now grandkids.

Terrible Quality, Terrible Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. We have owned our Upper Bounce trampoline for 11 years. 1 year ago we replaced the mat, but only because it had a hole. It was NOT because the webbing holding the springs ripped out. After less than one year, the webbing holding the springs on the new mat started ripping and springs started falling off while kids were jumping. I tried to contact Upper Bounce and their customer service is HORRIBLE! I think they are a Chinese Company that doesn’t care about the customer at all. Even though the mat looks like new except for sporadic webbing that’s ripped out, they said it was due to weathering. I really miss when company’s used to value customer satisfaction.

Ordered wrong size
The product wasn’t as described. Felt like good material but we ordered the wrong size for our frame. Overall good product!

Super bouncy
This trampoline mat is super bouncy. Before I used a more expensive mat, but it was so stiff that my kids didn’t like jumping on it. Upper Bounce has found the right balance of firmness and stretch ability to make a bouncy trampoline mat.
