Can I used it for gasket valve cover?

I only used the product to fix the dish racks in an automatic dishwasher...it did work very well for that application.

Can this be used to seal a small crack in a hot tub?

Don't know but I have used a sealant that can be applied without draining the tub. It was years ago and is still holding. Don't remember the product name but found it easily at home depot.

will it glue a pvc inflatable dingy?

This works pretty good. But as the other person answered I too would say go to the manufacturer they may have something that none of heard of. I would tell them about Amazon they may bring in a new product for us. Anyway get in contact with the manufacturer that's your best shot. Sorry couldn't give you anything else. P.C.
