Can I rekey the key core to a primus locks schlage core?

Experimentally, I found that there seem to be two different types of U-Bolt Pro cylinders, so that the bolt comes with either a Schlage-like keyway or a Kwikset-like keyway (at random). I was personally unable to successfully re-key the Schlage-like keyway to match an OEM Schlage C keyway. A professional locksmith succeeded in re-keying the Kwikset-like keyway to match an OEM Kwikset 980 SmartKey deadbolt (using the Kwikset 980 as the new global key, and discarding the Ultraloq keys). If you contact Ultraloq customer service, they will send you a new cylinder (Schlage-like or Kwikset-like), which you can then bring to a professional locksmith along with your home's existing key. The locksmith's re-key will cost around $25. I recommend that you do not try to re-key yourself, because the Ultraloq cylinders are proprietary and don't match OEM dimensions. Hope this helps.

Can this be used for double doors?

If you have double doors they make a lock that installs on the top corner of one of the doors usually the least used door. It can only be unlocked from inside and pretty much stays locked all the time except when both doors are needed to open. I also use these with roommates on one key locks on my balcony door just to feel safe. They also make a flushmount style that takes little more skill to install. I myself have found double doors can be pushed in if one of the door isn’t locked firmly in place. They aren’t expensive and pretty easy to install hardest part lining up the lock to latch. can one bridge do multiple locks? like front and back door.

No it can NOT. I bought the UL1 and I bolt pro for the same door. They each need a bridge.

What happens if the batteries go dead? Am I locked out?

You won't be locked out, 1. When the Lock shows the "Low Battery" alarm display, don't worry, you will be able to open your door for 1,000 more times, you will have more than enough time to replace the batteries. 2. This item have a function "Micro-USB For Emergency Power".

Very good lock

It is a good lock and it has a good app to manage it remotely. I am very happy with it overall, however the battery does have some issues.

International warranty is misrepresented

I bought this lock, it seemed to work fine for a few months. When it unfortunately stopped working during the warranty period I was told that despite them delivering the original to me in UAE, the warranty only applies if I have an address in the USA. I had no choice but to pay extra money to get them to send me a replacement. I’ve been waiting since July and I still don’t have the lock or any confirmation it has even been sent. So if you are buying this lock for the warranty or customer service then you will be sorely disappointed.

Good idea and bad manufacturing

The lock is a combination of good idea and bad production. The metal of the latch is extremely week for its function. Being hit in perpendicular direction (e.g. by occasional door closer work or early door opening while the door is locked) the lock is easily get damaged. The latch easily becomes curve, this leads to the loss of its ability to go back into the corps of the lock body from the door frame. In such occasion the only option to open the lock is to disassemble it or extract by force with potential loss of the door as a result
