I Am Sore!
I love this thing. Takes getting used to yet, the best thing is, getting used to it; getting the balance, the correct position. I didn't think getting the dvd's would be worth the extra cost ~ they are. There are so many things you can do with this. At first, when playing with it, it only worked the upper abs; when you learn the other movements, you get ALL of them ~ and more!

The Item that I received seems to be defective. ...
The Item that I received seems to be defective. It doesn't roll consistently and getting it to change directions for any movements other than the direction that I'm moving in is near impossible. Was not sure if I was using it correctly, so invited a few of my friends to give it a try and they found the same issue. Would return, but already threw the packaging away.

rock 360 it self is good and reliable but the app is a totally different story.App does not load at all so I went and looked at the ratings on the app.. I'm not the only one whose app does not even load.and there has been no response from the developers either... other then that everything is solid. DVD workouts are great and everything in the package is great.It does make some noise when you are using it but its bearable for me.

I tried this out at a fitness expo years ago and my husband decided that he liked the video of it and wanted to try it out. I got the best price on here and he absolutely loves this. This is a circle motion or a forward motion and that is the best part! Its not like those wheels that limit your ability.

over kill on what is a good basic exercise idea, product makes a very annoying gravelly sound when using, In the instruction cd, half the workout the equipment is being held on to, and not even used. I returned it, save your money and buy the basic roller fro about $20! Just make sure you get a wide wheel, and sturdy handles.. NO NEED FOR THIS PRODUCT

This is one of those devices that provides a seemingly endless variety of exercise routines! If you are serious about burning lots of fat, you want one of these! The Rock 360, a jump rope, a heavy resistance band and a 30lb kettlebell is all a person needs aquire and maintain optimal fitness.
